Postpartum, or the 4th trimester, is a sacred period that begins immediately after birth. Having a powerful postpartum team can aid in a decrease in the likelihood of PPD, PPA, and other postpartum disorders. The Nest aligns ritual and praxis to offer postpartum doula support to clients at any stage in their postpartum journey.

Ki was great!!! We wanted to have an easy and comfortable pregnancy/labor and Ki gave us exactly that. I had some concerns about not being there in time because I travel for work and if my wife was going to get exactly what she wanted in her birth plan and Ki was very professional and informative about the whole process and how everything would go.
